Return Instructions
Step 1: Inform our sales consultant about your return request.
Step 2: Place jewellery into SV Premium jewellery box and delivery box.
Step 3: Seal delivery box with SV Premium security sticker, and send us a picture.
Step 4: Wait for courier pickup.
*We do not require your invoice, receipt, and diamond certificate for returns for resizing and refurbishing.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or amend any order before payment is made. Once partial or full payment is made, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
